We’re proudly based in Nassau, and yes — we ship to all islands. Shipping rates may vary depending on your location, and we’ll always notify you once your order is on its way.
2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Custom or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. If your item arrives damaged, let us know right away and we’ll make it right.
3. How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in production or shipping. For urgent changes, please contact us as soon as possible at kanibahama@gmail.com.
4. Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-order pieces?
Some of our pieces may be available in custom sizes or made-to-order designs. Reach out to us before placing your order and we’ll let you know if your request is possible.
